A new online retailer has launched to serve the growing community of Butlin’s Big Weekender attendees, offering personalised apparel and themed fancy dress tailored to the UK’s expanding adult music break scene.
Adult Weekender has officially gone live as a dedicated e-commerce destination for Big Weekender fans, providing customised clothing and decade-specific outfits for more than 70 themed music weekends taking place across the UK in 2026.
The platform has been designed exclusively for the adults-only Butlin’s festival format, addressing demand for clothing and accessories that reflect the unique identity and atmosphere of Big Weekender events.
With tens of thousands of music fans attending Big Weekenders each year, spanning themes such as Ultimate 80s, 90s Reloaded, Soul Weekender and Rockaway Beach, themed dressing has become a core part of the experience. Until now, however, attendees have often depended on generic festival clothing or improvised outfits that do not fully align with the event theme.
“Big Weekenders have evolved into a major part of British music culture, but there’s been nowhere for fans to get proper, event-specific clothing,” said Darren Seward, founder of Adult Weekender.
“We’ve created a dedicated platform where groups can coordinate their look, celebrate their squad identity, and properly embrace whatever decade or genre they’re there to enjoy.”
Adult Weekender’s offering includes personalised group bundles featuring custom slogans, nicknames and shared jokes, alongside curated fancy dress collections for 80s, 90s, 2000s and other themed weekends. Accessories range from retro sunglasses and inflatable props to glow-in-the-dark items suited to pool parties and silent discos.
The retailer also offers group discounts for bookings of three or more people, recognising the way Big Weekender trips are typically organised, alongside express delivery options for late planners. An online event calendar helps customers track upcoming weekends and themes.
Personalised t-shirts are priced from £19.99, with fancy dress available at various price points to remain accessible to Big Weekender guests, whose accommodation packages start from £59 per person.
The launch coincides with the announcement of new Big Weekenders for 2026, including the Don’t Tell Mama LGBTQ+ Weekender, the long-awaited return of Bugged Out!, and the introduction of Giants of Country. Adult Weekender intends to extend its range to match these additions, including pride-focused collections and rave-inspired styles.
“We’re not just selling clothes – we’re helping people create memories,” added Darren Seward.
“When you see a photo from your 90s Reloaded weekend in five years’ time, you want to look like you belonged there. That’s what we’re all about.”
Adult Weekender is now available at www.adultweekender.com, with personalised items delivered within 5–7 working days and next-day delivery available on fancy dress.
