Celebrating its 10th year in business, JD Seasonings has added to its long list of achievements with five additional Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Awards 2025, further strengthening its reputation as one of the UK’s leading spice blend brands.
This year’s awards were presented for the company’s Shish Kebab, Jambalaya, Chicken Rub, Doner Kebab, and Jamaican Jerk blends, increasing its impressive tally to 42 Great Taste Awards overall. It is also the sixth year in a row that JD Seasonings has been honoured as a Great Taste Producer.
Launched in 2015 by Jamie and Lorraine Davison after their seven-stone weight loss journey, the business has expanded from an 80 sq. ft. spare-bedroom start-up into a 13,000 sq. ft. operation with state-of-the-art blending machinery. To date, JD Seasonings has sold nearly 8 million pots, shipped over 700,000 orders worldwide, and attracted more than 500,000 followers on social media, making it the most-followed spice brand in the UK.
Each blend is produced in-house using 100% pure herbs and spices and contains no additives, preservatives, sugar, MSG, or anti-caking agents. Every pot is accompanied by a recipe card designed to make healthy, flavour-filled cooking simple and accessible. All products are Vegan Society approved and are regularly featured in Slimming World Magazine.
