Karenza Shilton has confirmed that her long-standing Bournemouth-based fitness company, Karenza Fitness, has officially rebranded as Love My Tribe Vibe.
The rebrand represents a shift in direction for the business, reflecting an expanded focus on holistic health, wellbeing and meaningful community connections alongside its core fitness services.
With a track record spanning more than 12 years, Karenza Fitness has developed a loyal membership base. The company has offered Fitness and Pilates classes for over a decade and has recently introduced Yoga as part of its growing programme.
Under the Love My Tribe Vibe banner, the business is rolling out new services that extend beyond physical exercise. These include gut health education, weight loss support, structured diet plans and mental wellbeing events, all designed to foster a strong sense of belonging and shared support.
The motivation behind this community-led approach comes from Karenza’s own journey. After relocating to Dorset in 2014, she faced considerable challenges when the Rosemary Conley franchise she was operating entered administration, resulting in the loss of her investment. During that time, the support she received from those around her left a lasting impression.
“I have experienced a community coming together naturally, rallying around to help me, that really impacted me and now I can do the same with Love My Tribe Vibe,” said Karenza.
While women over 45 remain the company’s primary audience, men continue to be welcomed into Pilates, Yoga and fitness classes. The rebrand also marks a significant move into online delivery, opening the door to national and international participation.
“I want to collaborate with people around me to bring retreats, talks, and create a real community,” Karenza added. “Delivering online as well as in person is a major part of our future.”
