From Thursday, 7th September to Saturday, 9th September 2023, Bedford Square Gardens will host thousands of cocktail lovers looking for their next favourite tipple. After the resounding success of July’s event, which saw the Yeni Raki stand bustling with activity, anticipation is mounting once more with the unveiling of a partnership with the esteemed restaurant and bar, Rüya.

For those who missed out on July’s sell-out event, September will be the time to try the legendary Basil Sour Dem for yourself. Created by Yeni Raki as the epitome of a signature raki-infused cocktail, this refreshing botanical creation was the festival’s favourite, combining Yeni Raki Uzun Demleme with basil and cucumber.
Rüya has also crafted two unique Yeni Raki-infused cocktails created by renowned Head Mixologist Francesco Medici. New to the Yeni Raki x Rüya bar will be the Pear Raki Fizz, a fruity, fizzy and refreshing concoction combining Yeni Raki 1937 with lemon juice, cinnamon, apple, pear, and lemonade. Catering to every fizz lover, this delicious tipple will also be available as a fruity non-alcoholic option. Rüya’s second creation, the Raki Berry Crush, is set to tantalise taste buds with its fruity blend of Yeni Raki 1937 with blackberry puree, cranberry juice, lime juice, cloves, and mint.
