The Marshfield Bank Farm House Opens in Crewe
The first venue included in the September programme is The Marshfield Bank Farm House. It is located on Coppenhall Lane in Woolstanwood, Crewe, and is scheduled to open on Tuesday 1 September.
Its launch begins a month-long series of openings covering several different settings, including regional towns, a university building and an airport terminal.
The Red Gown Opens at St Andrews University
The Red Gown is scheduled to open at the University of St Andrews Students’ Association on Friday 4 September.
Wetherspoon previously announced that the project would include the refurbishment and rebranding of the existing ground-floor bar. The work includes new lighting, carpeting, artwork, fixtures, kitchen equipment and a redesigned bar layout.
The venue is expected to offer the full Wetherspoon food menu and remain open to students and members of the public throughout the year.
The Students’ Association will continue to own and operate the venue. Its employees will also remain managed by the association, which is already one of the largest student employers in St Andrews.
The Heath Hotel Opens in Southampton
The third opening will be The Heath Hotel on Beaulieu Road in Dibden Purlieu, Southampton. The pub is scheduled to welcome customers on Tuesday 8 September.
It will be followed one week later by the launch of The Belle Vue at Manchester Airport.
The Belle Vue Opens at Manchester Airport
The Belle Vue is scheduled to open in the airside departures area of Manchester Airport’s Terminal 2 on Tuesday 15 September.
As the venue will be situated beyond airport security, it will primarily serve passengers travelling through Terminal 2. The opening will provide another food and drink option for travellers waiting for their flights.
