Indian food titan Bikanervala has made its long-awaited UK debut, unveiling a 3,200 sq. ft flagship restaurant and sweet shop in Hounslow, in collaboration with The Montana Global Group, as part of a major £50 million expansion initiative.
The Montana Global Group, well-established in India’s hospitality and retail space, is leading the charge, having previously managed Bikanervala franchises across northern India and created successful brands like Kingdom of Grills. Their latest venture marks the beginning of a nationwide expansion with 25 locations planned in Phase 1.
The Hounslow site, located at 101-105 High Street, is set to be followed closely by two more stores in Southall. Each outlet promises a rich culinary experience combining traditional flavours and modern service.
Bikanervala’s appeal lies in its broad menu, ranging from chaats and samosas to hearty chole bhature. Yet it’s their timeless Indian sweets—made with recipes perfected since 1905—that draw loyal customers across continents.
Designed as a complete culinary destination, the new location also features outdoor catering options, a wedding studio, and exclusive gift packaging—enhancing its appeal to multicultural customers seeking both celebration and authenticity.
