    108 Brasserie in Marylebone will be offering two exclusive menus to celebrate Christmas with decadence and ring in the New Year with style.

    On Christmas Day, 108 Brasserie will be getting in the spirit with a delicious festive menu, featuring a selection of classic British dishes and seasonal delights. Guests are invited to celebrate with the restaurant and enjoy a feast without having to lift a finger.

    Set in the heart of Marylebone, the restaurant provides a tranquil spot to sit back and relax. Just off Marylebone High Street, 108 houses two distinctive areas; the bar, a chic and sophisticated drinking and dining area, and the brasserie’s dining space, where the vibrant, modern menu takes center stage. This Christmas, Executive Chef Russell Ford will be cooking up a feast for £90 per person:

    CHRISTMAS DAY MENU 

    £90 per person

    Celeriac soup scallop & black pudding 

    Salt baked heritage carrots sprouted grains, whipped feta, pomegranate dressing 

    Venison tartar sloe gin jam, sourdough crisp, wood sorrel

     Lobster & crab salad gem hearts, Bloody Mary dressing 

    ~ 

    Caldecott Farm free-range bronze turkey cranberry & orange stuffing, bread sauce, Christmas trimmings 

    Honey glazed Suffolk pork rack creamed turnips, cabbage, spiced pear 

    Salmon en croûte buttered leeks, caviar & champagne sauce 

    Cranberry & pistachio nut roast roasted ceps, butternut squash & sage cream

    Traditional plum pudding brandy custard, candied redcurrants 

    Caramel panna cotta gingerbread

     Mulled winter fruits cinnamon ice cream

     Chocolate tart kumquats, bergamot ice cream

    Tasting of La Fromagerie cheeses spiced fruit chutney, toasted walnut bread

    £70 per person 

    Scallop gratin kohlrabi, smoked bacon 

    Crispy confit chicken wing poached foie gras celeriac remoulade, grapes 

    Roasted cauliflower soup tempura cauliflower, shaved winter truffle

    Hereford beef rump cap Guinness braised cheek, salt baked heritage carrots, Roscoff onion 

    Fillet of hake charred radicchio, blood orange 

    Butternut squash Stilton & sage pithiviers, kale & walnut pesto

    Glazed fig tart burnt honey ice cream, caramelised walnuts 

    Dark chocolate crémeux mango, passionfruit, lime 

    Blueberry Pavlova

     

    This December, Town House at The Kensington will be celebrating the season with two indulgent menus for both Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve 2019. 

    Celebrate Christmas at Town House and let the team take care of lunch with a festive feast at £125 per person when enjoyed with a glass of Perrier-Jouët ‘Belle Epoque’ 2011, or £200 per person with fine wine pairing

    Seared scallop curried cauliflower, fresh apple & coriander cress

     Seared foie gras & focaccia bruschetta figs, redcurrants

    Roast halibut wild mushrooms, Avruga caviar

    28 day aged sirloin Yorkshire pudding, horseradish 

    Traditional roast bronze turkey chipolatas, apricot stuffing, cranberry sauce 

    Vegetarian Wellington celeriac, balsamic glazed shallot 

    All main courses served with family style vegetables roast potatoes, honey glazed parsnips, Brussels sprouts, braised red cabbage & chestnuts
