The no-cost training will take place on 31 May 2025 at the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre and is supported by Al Safi Bank, the first Islamic financial institution operating under the AIFC framework, renowned for its ethical banking and global solutions.
The event will be hosted by Spencer Lodge, an award-winning podcast presenter and business thought leader. It aims to establish a new Guinness World Record for the largest property training event ever held.
Dr Nour El-Serougy, who brings more than two decades of industry expertise, will lead the training. As a globally recognised educator and founder of HRE Properties, he is well known for his impactful work across the UAE and wider MENA region.
After the training, a prestigious panel will explore the future of investment in Dubai Islands, featuring insights from Mr Ismael Al Hammadi, Mr Nazish Khan, Ms Sonia Waters, and Dr El-Serougy himself.
With government officials and industry stakeholders in attendance, the event underscores Dubai’s ongoing role in advancing education and innovation in real estate.
