Andrew & Andrew Solicitors has strengthened its team with the appointment of Shikha Datta as Head of Family Law, supporting the firm’s continued expansion across Hampshire.
With a career spanning over 25 years, Shikha brings extensive experience in family law, advising clients on achieving the best possible outcomes in both financial disputes and matters involving children.
Her specialisms include complex financial cases involving trusts and overseas assets, prenuptial agreements and cross-border jurisdictional issues. She also advises on children-related matters such as residence, contact and leave to remove applications.
Shikha is widely recognised for her composed and collaborative working style, having represented a diverse client base that includes entrepreneurs, senior executives, creatives, academics and professionals in both domestic and international contexts.
