An exciting new pizza brand Doughnation has now launched on the ground floor of 3 Henrietta Street in Covent Garden. The restaurant offers artisan-crafted pizzas on stretched dough using meticulously sourced artisanal ingredients with unique toppings which steer away from your traditional.
Philanthropic at its core, Doughnation is committed to making a meaningful impact, one slice at a time, with the cost of a slice from each pizza being donated to causes close to the brand’s heart.
Dining at Dougnation
If you arrive hungry be sure to try Potato Pizza – sliced potato, Fontana cheese and thyme salt, Truffled Mushroom Ragout – comes with Doughnation’s signature truffle-based sauce, hazelnuts, mushroom and mozzarella, and for seafood fans 3 Prawn Deluxe fuses king prawns, tiger prawns and English shrimps with an added firey kick of chilli.
You can pair any pizza on the menu with one of Doughnation’s Crust Dippers – Cherry Tomato or Basil Pesto dip. Take your pick from baked sweetcorn ribs, ripped burrata and garlic bread, alongside Caesar or green salad.
Drinks at Doughnation
To go with your pizza, choose your tipple from Doughnation’s drinks list. Cocktails such as II Botanista Spritz (Aperol, Gin, St Germain elderflower, sparkling wine, fresh mint), Covent Garden Market Fizz (passion fruit, peach, Mandarin, berry puree, sparkling wine) or 0% alcohol St Paul’s Church Sunset (fresh orange, rosemary sprig, vanilla syrup, lemon juice, sparkling water) will get you in the mood for summer.
Champagne, wine and draught and bottled beers are also available to pair with your food.
Doughnation Garden Terrace
For an al fresco experience, guests can dine on Doughnation’s summer pop-up Garden Terrace, offering an unrivalled sun-trap on Covent Garden’s Piazza with views of the street performers. Doughnation has partnered with Silent Pool Gin to offer an elevated gin-spritz menu, pizza brunches, happy hour, and a unique breakfast offering.
Cocktails are priced at £14 and include some marvellous pizza pairings including The Bee’s Knees Spritz (Silent Pool Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey syrup, and London Essence soda), Rare Citrus Spritz (Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin, orange cordial, and London Essence Aromatic Orange and Fig Soda, crafting a vibrant and citrusy drink with a touch of aromatic sweetness).
